Acupuncture
I wholeheartedly support community acupuncture. The business model and sliding scale pricing make healing accessible to all people. I have personally used both of these and absolutely love the warm, friendly staff. There is a special energy that comes from healing in a room with others. Community acupuncture clinics are everywhere, so if you don’t live in Phoenix or Portland, click here to search for one in your area.
Apps
Insight Timer is a must-have for me. I love using the interval bells to signal when to move to the next position while I’m doing a treatment on myself. This app has grown leaps and bounds since I first got it in 2012, and there are many guided meditations, as well as groups available to make it more of a community. (If you want, join my new group Reiki Evolutionaries!)
My Reiki Box is the most convenient Reiki box there is! Add your intentions in the app, and every time you cup your phone, send Reiki to them.
